Eric Broyles, Esq.

Eric Broyles is a serial entrepreneur who is trained as an attorney and practiced law for a decade prior to launching out in business. Eric began his legal career as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for the Honorable Joseph W. Hatchett, Chief Judge. Eric then worked as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP where he worked on corporate transactions and represented telecom companies in regulatory proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Eric also litigated a pro bono matter in Federal Court where he had difficulty finding an expert witness. Eric joined AOL during the height of the dot.com days where he spent 5 years as Senior Counsel. Eric then joined the Washington, DC office of Gerson Lehrman Group, the largest expert network firm in the world where he launched GLG’s expert witness business unit to serve law firms in 2007. Eric later founded ExpertConnect, which manages a global network of 150,000 subject matter experts providing subject matter experts to asset managers, corporations and professional service firms. In 2018 Eric spun ExpertConnect Litigation Support out of ExpertConnect to focus on serving AmLaw 250 Law Firms, Fortune 500 Legal Departments, and Federal and State government agencies. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law where he currently serves as President of its Alumni Council. He is a patent holder and serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Cincinnati Foundation.
