Eric Broyles is a serial entrepreneur who is trained as an attorney and practiced law for a decade prior to launching out in business. Eric began his legal career as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for the Honorable Joseph W. Hatchett, Chief Judge. Eric then worked as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP where he worked on corporate transactions and represented telecom companies in regulatory proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Eric also litigated a pro bono matter in Federal Court where he had difficulty finding an expert witness. Eric joined AOL during the height of the dot.com days where he spent 5 years as Senior Counsel. Eric then joined the Washington, DC office of Gerson Lehrman Group, the largest expert network firm in the world where he launched GLG’s expert witness business unit to serve law firms in 2007. Eric later founded ExpertConnect, which manages a global network of 150,000 subject matter experts providing subject matter experts to asset managers, corporations and professional service firms. In 2018 Eric spun ExpertConnect Litigation Support out of ExpertConnect to focus on serving AmLaw 250 Law Firms, Fortune 500 Legal Departments, and Federal and State government agencies. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law where he currently serves as President of its Alumni Council. He is a patent holder and serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Cincinnati Foundation.
Jay Prabhu previously served over 21 years with the U.S. Department of Justice, with the majority as an Assistant United States Attorney. Jay has first-chaired more than two dozen federal trials, including many of first impression, and has argued numerous appeals in federal criminal and civil matters. He began his career at Wilmer, CutlerPickering Hale & Dorr LLP, specializing in complex litigation, securities, intellectual property, and antitrust matters. He represented numerous technology, healthcare, and manufacturing clients. After six years in private practice, Mr. Prabhu joined the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the U.S. DOJ’s Criminal Division, where he specialized in intellectual property and trade secret theft cases. During this time, Jay wrote the FBI Anti-Piracy Warning that was placed on every commercial television and movie distributed. In 2007, Jay joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, where he became the Chief of the Cybercrime Unit in 2009. During his tenure with EDVA, Jay prosecuted numerous cases in Cybercrime, National Security, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Child Exploitation, and Narcotics matters. Jay also worked closely with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration’s Office of Criminal Investigations in numerous prosecutions. Mr. Prabhu received the John Marshall Award, the highest recognition given to a DOJ lawyer, in 2018.The National Asian and Pacific American Bar Association awarded him the Daniel K. Inouye Trailblazer Award in 2021 for his lifetime achievements. He serves on the Board of Directors of two non-profit bar associations.

Jacques’ career highlights include co-founding and successfully managing the operations of companies in multiple industry sectors. He has demonstrated experience in federal and state contracting and previously led a consortium of large and small businesses to win a competitive contract under a $4.1 billion U.S. Department of Defense acquisition program.
Spencer serves as Vice President of Account Management, where he leads ExpertConnect Litigation Support’s Business Development activities. Spencer especially enjoys helping clients find highly specific and specialized experts in patent litigation matters. Prior to joining ExpertConnect, Spencer worked in international government relations focusing primarily on the defense and homeland security industries.
Clarence Rivette is an attorney and consultant specializing in litigation strategy, expert witness support, trial preparation, and financial services. He has over a decade of experience supporting high-profile cases including patent cases, white collar matters, internal investigations, complex litigation, and international arbitrations. His professional experience is augmented by academic posts as an IP Fellow at Tulane University School of Law and an Emerging Markets Fellow at the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
Neal serves as Director of Research leading ExpertConnect Litigation Support’s research team. He has over 8 years of experience within primary and legal research, and has held executive level roles at health-tech and biotech startups. Neal also serves on the Advisory Board of Kid Power Inc., a DC based nonprofit.
Marshall has previous experience working in investigations and think tanks and as a summer hire at U.S. embassies in Jakarta, Indonesia, and New Delhi, India. As the son of career foreign service officers, Marshall brings a wealth of international experience, having lived in Taiwan, Croatia, Indonesia, Serbia, India, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Taylor Young graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of New Jersey in 2022, with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Minors in Law & Philosophy, and Communications. She is an award winning writer with a background in empirical, qualitative research. Taylor has had a lifelong passion for law and legal studies and plans to attend law school.

In addition to her liberal arts background, she offers a technical perspective, having experience in information security.
Veena serves as a Research Associate and leads ExpertConnect Litigation Support’s India Operations team. She has an Electronics and Communications Engineering background. She utilizes her research capabilities to identify, vet, and recruit potential expert witnesses for litigation matters.
