Biography

Mr. Xxxxxx Xxx is the Vice President of Aerospace and Defense Vertical with Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, and has over 15 years of experience in the Aircraft Manufacturing industry. In this position, he is responsible for providing executive leadership for business development, growth, and strategy. Before working with Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxx worked for Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx where he was involved in the manufacturing of commercial and defense aircraft and satellites. Xxx Xxx is knowledgeable about quality audits after acquisition, being strongly versed in internal audits, AS9100 and Part 145 Repair Station Requirements. Xxxxxxx is knowledgeable about all aspects of the aircraft manufacturing process, and is also able to discuss the differences in protocols between non-conformity and non-compliance in manufacturing, and can speak to how suppliers and OEM's work together to meet schedule requirements. In addition, xxxxxxx is familiar with the FAA delegation for airworthiness, and is experienced with varieties of foreign object debris that could occur during manufacturing. Xxx Xxx obtained his MBA with an emphasis in Program Management from Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx.
