Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx has over 18 years of experience in the Agribusiness, Renewable Energy, Crop Protection/Nutrition and Food Production Processing sectors. Xxxxxxx has international business experience in North and Latin America, Asia and Europe. He is currently the Head of Water Portfolio, North America at Syngenta. Xxxxxxx has held various positions at Cargill, a company that provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services. Xxxxxx was Manager of Business Development,where he managed and implemented a 3 year growth strategy for Cargill's commodities risk management business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He established local trading capabilities in Brazil allowing Cargill to offer Brazilian customers the opportunity to manage their commodity price risk based on BM&F (local Brazilian Futures Exchange). Prior to that, he was xx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Consumer Products, Strategy and Business Development Manager, General Manager of Asia and Europe, Director of Operations and Strategy and Latin America Origination Manager, where he directed the Latin America project origination team to identify, qualify and make recommendation of investment opportunities in the region. He originated 30+ investment opportunities in Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico and Guatemala doubling the business in the region. Xxxxxx was the Business Development Manager, Crop Protection at FMC Corporation, where xxxxxxx was one of the six people selected by senior management to be a part of a Corporate Development team to implement a major corporate strategy overhaul to identify, evaluate, and close deals on international acquisitions, strategic alliances and or JV’s.
