Dr. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, XxXxxxxx, CISA is the CEO of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, a consulting firm specializing in xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx security, HIPAA Privacy and Security, and Cybersecurity. Dr. Xxxxxx has been a HIPAA consultant on Privacy and Security matters for over 20+ years and is Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Xxxxxxxx previously served as the HIPAA PMO for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx and was also a HIPAA Xxxxxxxx Specialist xxx xxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx xXXXx xxxxxxxx xx XX Xxxxxxxxxx xx Health and Human Services conducting the Phase II. As a consultant, Dr. Xxxxxx has completed 40-50 HIPAA and security audits annually for a variety of clients. Dr. Xxxxxx has previous expert witness experience in 2 cases with deposition and 1 with testimony experience.
