Biography

Dr. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx has over 30 years of experience in environmental research and consulting. Xxxxxxx has supervised, managed, and planned a broad range of environmental projects including: environmental due diligence; site contamination, migration and fate assessments; hazardous and solid waste management and facility permitting; RCRA facility investigations and hazardous waste unit closures/upgrades; remediation/corrective action planning and implementation; emergency spill planning; environmental regulatory compliance assessments of industrial and institutional facilities; and litigation support. Those projects have been conducted for petroleum, petrochemical, plastics, and automotive manufacturing businesses, commercial, government, and institutional real estate clients. Previously, in xxxxxxxx corporate role, Dr. Xxxxxxx was responsible for technical quality and professional liability risk management for environmental projects conducted from approximately 20 offices across the southeastern US. This work included training, establishment of standard procedures, quality and performance audits, and direction to outside counsel in claims defense. Dr. Xxxxxxx acquired xxxxxxxx PhD in Soil Physics and MS in Physical Geography at Xxxxx XxX Xxxxxxxxxx.
