Biography

Xxxxxx Xxx has over 30 years of experience in water resources consulting, currently serving as the Principal of Xxxxxx Xx Xxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx XXX, a firm xx founded in 2013. Prior to this, xx served as Director of Environmental Services for two civil engineering firms from 2000 to 2013. Before then, Xxx Xxx spent 18 years with the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, where xx managed water resource permitting processes for complex public works and private development projects. As a consultant, Xxx Xxx’s expertise spans water resource assessment, compliance, permitting, and feasibility studies, particularly in relation to state and local water resource criteria, as well as the Clean Water Act. Xx has extensive experience navigating water resource regulations and developing practical resource management practices and design criteria to minimize and mitigate environmental impacts, ensuring consistency with local, state, and federal laws and policies. Xxx Xxx serves as an appointed representative of the XxXx XXX Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxx Xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. Xxx Xxx is a Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) through the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals (ABCEP). In addition to xxx consulting work, xx serves as on-call faculty for XxxxXxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, where xx prepares seminars and workshops, and contributes to industry-related publications, technical documents, and opinion papers.
