A former U.S. Ambassador, Xxx Xxxxxx has a deep understanding of global economic issues, in-depth expertise on global finance and debt, sanctions policy, trade, and investment policy, first-hand knowledge of how the US policy making apparatus works, and experience leading large teams of professionals. Xxx Xxxxxx holds a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from the Xxxxxxxxxx xx XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxx and a Master of Arts in economics from the Xxxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx.
