Experience in providing professional consulting services to federal contractors on matters pertaining to the Buy American Act (BAA), including providing multiple white papers to clients on their BAA exposure, compliance requirements, and how the BAA relates to the Trade Agreements Act and the Barry Amendment for DOD purchases.
