Biography

Dr. Xxxxxxx has over 23 years of experience in healthcare and government services and is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Consulting. Dr. Xxxxxxx is a former official in the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). Led efforts regarding data standards development and created policies, standards, and a framework to leverage data from multiple resources for research. Dr. Xxxxxxx’s expertise includes the development, regulation, certification and contracting of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and EHR services. Previously has been contracted to support the Electronic Health Records Association (EHRA) to advocate the positions of the EHR development community. For almost two decades, has led policy teams, brought communities together, and built consensus to promote necessary health research and health data sharing. Dr. Xxxxxxx has worked in or with the federal government, legislators, health delivery organizations, non-profits, registries, trade organizations, established corporations and start-up entities. Dr. Xxxxxxx has previous expert witness experience, including deposition experience. Xxxxxxxx earned a XxXxxxxx in Cardiac Physiology and Biophysics from xxx Xxxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
