Mr. Xxxxxxxxxx has experience in an operational role at a commercial delivery or air cargo provider. Xx was the corporate principal and PMO for strategic alliances with national postal operators. Alliances included air transportation networks for national, regional, and global networks for Mail, express, and e-commerce transportation. Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx is knowledgeable about how these companies are structured from an operational standpoint, noting that the transportation marketplace is categorized as Passenger Carriers, All Cargo Carriers, Integrated Express Carriers, and combination aircraft carriers.
